My latest work playlist, I gave myself a haircut, and how I celebrated Treat Week.
As you may have guessed from my last post, it was a hard week. Any trauma anniversary is tough, and my body has been keeping the damn score. I’m tired, stressed, and self-regulating like a mother. Things should calm down soon, and I have a number of things on my calendar that I’m looking forward to, including a trip to the Oregon coast tomorrow.
