Weekly R.E.P.O.R.T. 🦌

Between blackberry picking, going to the coast, and playing games in public, my inner child is living for this week.

This doesn’t fit in the R.E.P.O.R.T. but here’s an important update: I’m growing my hair long again. I had really long hair in high school, toyed with wearing it long again in college, then read a tweet post-grad that I only am just now starting to let go of. I can’t find the tweet now, but it said something to the effect of, “I cut my hair so it no longer touches my shoulders and now neither do men without my consent.”

This was super pertinent to me as a bisexual girly who did interact with men physically, but now that I’m a married lesbian, I simply don’t have that kind of relationship with men. So, I’m growing my hair long again. Not to please my mom, not to make my boyfriend happy, and only partially because I think with my curl pattern I could go full early-days Carrie Bradshaw. I’m doing it for me.
