Another Wednesday morning trip to the Oregon coast, what's new?

I can’t tell you how excited I am for fall to be here. Don’t get me wrong, I love summer — the long days, the cloudless skies, even the heat waves — but fall is my SEASON. As a Scorpio, I resonate strongly with the transition from abundance to rebirth. It’s all about paring down and examining your life with a critical lens as you gear up to stay in all winter, and I’m all about that.

Last week, the first week of October, I had my first pumpkin spice latte of the season (handmade by Kevin at Coffee House PDX), traded out my summer clothes for the sweaters under the bed, and watched as the leaves started to yellow and rain down.
